House Labor/HHS Subcommittee Bill

The House Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies just released its FY12 bill which maintains level funds for adult education from the FY 11 level. Americorps is zero’ed out, and other programs are cut big time.
